My prayer times look wrong

Open Settings in the app (the gear on the home screen). Check where you pray, choose the calculation method your mosque follows, and check whether your Asr begins earlier (Shafi‘i, Maliki, Hanbali) or later (Hanafi).

I don’t get the reminders

In the app, Settings → Reminders → turn on “Before each prayer”. If it stays off, open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Khushu → Allow Notifications.

Subscriptions and the free trial

The yearly and monthly plans start with 7 days free. Payment is handled by Apple. To cancel or change a plan: in the app, Settings → Manage subscription, or the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscription screen or Settings and tap “Restore purchases”.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Everything stays on your phone. There is no account. To delete it all: Settings → Erase everything on this phone. Read the privacy notice.

A question about the content

Every verse and hadith in the app shows its source. If you think something is wrong, please write to us with the screen and the source; we take every correction seriously. For questions of fiqh, please ask a scholar you trust.
